Return conditions 

Are you not happy with your purchase? Then you can return your order for free within 30 days after receiving your package. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The box you use to return your order may be a different box than the one in which you received the package.

If you wish to return an item, please visit to register your return and generate a return label.

After generating the return label, attach it to the order you want to return and take it to a GLS parcel shop near you:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return costs

Returns using the above method are free of charge. If you return your order to us in any other way or through any other delivery service, we cannot cover the costs.
