Returns

Did you order the wrong size or did our shoes not fully meet your expectations? Then you can return your order for free by following the instructions below:

 1) Report your return to our logistics partner GLS

Go to https://retours.safetyjoggerlifestyle.com and fill in your order number, name, address and return reason.  

2) Print the return label 

Download the return label and print it.

3) Prepare your package for shipment

Put the shoes – including labels and shoe box - in a box. This may be a different box than the one in which you received the package. Seal the package and put the return label on it.

4) Bring the parcel to a GLS parcel shop

 Here you can find a parcel shop in your area.

5) Get your refund

As soon as we have received your return and it complies with our return policy, you will be refunded!
